the tracker details you enter as the admin — a name, owner name, and notes.

each person you're tracking medication for — their name, an avatar emoji, and notes.

each medication — its name, strength, form, instructions, start/end dates, refill-needed-by date, remaining supply count, and notes.

each dose schedule — a label, scheduled time, time of day, and frequency (daily, weekdays, weekends, weekly, custom, or as-needed).

each logged dose — the date, scheduled time, whether it was taken, skipped, or missed, and a free-text name of whoever logged it (there are no user accounts — access is by link, so 'who logged it' is just a name someone types in, not a verified identity).

showing your household or care circle what's due, what's been taken, and what's running low — nothing more.

sell your data, run ads against it, or share medication details with anyone outside the people you give the admin or caregiver link to.

in a private, access-controlled postgres database. there's no public listing and no browser-side storage of any kind — every page is rendered fresh from the database. access is controlled entirely by possession of an admin or caregiver link, not an account system.

if you open dosebuddy from homebase, your homebase account email is shown in that session's page header only — dosebuddy doesn't store it.

remove a person or medication any time from the admin page — that also removes their dose logs. email me if you want a specific dose log entry corrected or removed, or a tracker's data gone for good.
